WRITING "THE ONE"

Writing The One, (technically know as the 5 Graf essay-jgoldfine-eng 101) proved very enlightening in several ways. All were valuable learning experiences.
I will list each category followed with a brief explanation. Please keep in mind that the essay was an writing exercise for (eng-101 jgoldfine). I tried to use the “sandwich essay” method.

The sandwich method contains a: Intro the introduction paragraph, 3 support paragraphs and an Outro or ending paragraph. The order of development proved to be as important as the structure. I developed this essay by writing the Intro, the Outro and then the three supporting paragraphs. By using this method, I was able to.
1. Intro- identifies and develops the subject or idea I had chosen and hook the audience by leading with a dialogue

2. Outro- give a conclusion or brief summary of the main theme of the essay by looping back to the intro by answering the question posed there.

3. Middle-The three supporting paragraphs allowed me to explore and examine my feelings and thoughts on the topic that I otherwise would not have done to this extent. This helped me on scholastic and personal levels.

Overall, the assignment proved satisfying and rewarding. I now have better writing skills and a clearer understand of how I feel about Nev.
