THE LIST

They say every picture tells a story. Well ,I guess lists do too. Check out this persons stuff. It’s all neatly grouped and categorized, must be a maid or butler ? Anyway, here’s my read on (his or hers) shelf. The Taylor guitar catalogue, guitar polish and cleaner and statement that the guitars are growing concerned must mean that (he or she) is a guitarist that prefers finely made instruments. Cool ! The two Big Books, 12 Steps & Traditions and Bottles and Stools suggests a alcoholic who has recovered. I say recovered because active drunks usually don’t read books on how to study or how to have an effective prayer life nor would they cut their foot surfing in Hawaii. There sure is a lot of books on death and grief. Linked with the (was Mom’s) reference indicates her recent death an effort to deal with the pain in a healthy way. The Strunk and White means that (he or she) is trying to write. The rest of the items say this: they’re also a person who likes to take pictures, has a thing with eight balls and might have a stomach problem linked with a skin condition. It looks like, to me, this person might be one of them there Humans.

Them there humans--sounds like. How do you like Strunk and White--I was weaned on S&W and think it's all pretty internalized. For my money, as I remember it, it's dry--but the good writing they like IS dry!
